The majestic saturated color will catch your eye. The violets on the nose will intrigue you and the sumptuous fruit and incredible structure will keep you coming back for more. Dark vibrant fruit, quite firm and fresh. Exotic spices, mouth watering game and bacon features with many earth components. More old-world in profile. It is direct and structured, with velvety and integrated tannins. The After 24 hours open you get more of the red fruits, bright cherry and rhubarb. Give it the time to evolve and its finesse and elegance will amaze you. Drink 2010-2017+.

This warm, luxurious wine has vibrant primary fruit on the entry that is not overly huge but maintains its elegance. This pure fruit is a mix of red, black, and dark stone fruit. The wine is well-proportioned with good acidity, as well as supple tannins creating a well-rounded mouth feel and lovely balance. It has nice length and layer-upon-layer of complexity. As it unfolds, you discover the true Russian River experience, specifically the Green Valley characteristics.
