A vine that has fewer clusters to ripen, produces grapes with more intensity of flavor. All of the fruit from our vineyards is destined for luxury wines ($25.00 and up). Most of these sites are commanding 100x the bottle price per ton. Some are meriting of vineyard designation on the wine label.
Limited quantities of this much sought after fruit is still available, and we are planting more every year. We are accepting letters of intent and contracts on the newly planted and unplanted sites.
